The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Customer Relationship Management UX Specialist (Mid-Level or Senior) to join the team in Seattle, WA or Renton, WA

As a CRM UX Specialist, you will spearhead user-centered design initiatives for our enterprise CRM platforms, primarily focusing on Salesforce and related tools. Your expertise will be instrumental in mapping user journeys, creating intuitive interfaces, and streamlining workflows for sales, marketing, service, and support teams. By conducting user research, usability testing, and accessibility reviews, you will continuously refine designs to meet user needs. Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, you will ensure our CRM solutions are engaging, accessible, and aligned with Boeing’s high standards. This pivotal role supports our digital transformation by delivering seamless, data-driven experiences across our CRM ecosystem.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead user research activities—including interviews, surveys, and usability tests—to gather insights that drive design improvements

  • Conduct accessibility assessments and usability evaluations to ensure CRM interfaces meet WCAG standards

  • Develop comprehensive user flows and journey maps for diverse CRM personas, identifying pain points and designing targeted solutions

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma and Adobe XD to develop intuitive, user-centric interfaces

  • Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure smooth integration of UX solutions.

  • Document UX strategies, design guidelines, and maintain a reusable design system to ensure consistency across platforms

  • Apply responsive and accessible design standards, delivering optimal desktop and mobile experiences

  • Partner with Information Technology (IT) and CRM administrators to support data flow, third-party integrations, and custom modules, ensuring user-friendly data interactions

  • Mentor junior designers and promote UX best practices within cross-functional teams, fostering a user-centric culture

  • Lead UX strategy and prototyping efforts across Salesforce clouds, supporting end-to-end release cycles, including post-deployment validation

  • Utilize tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Copado for design, prototyping, and release readiness reviews

  • Ensure designs align with Boeing’s branding, UI standards, and security protocols, integrating data security and user access considerations

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience designing enterprise web or mobile applications, especially CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)

  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flows, and CRM-specific UX workflows

  • 3+ years of experience in user research, usability testing, and A/B testing methodologies

  • 3+ years of experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar

  • Experience working within Agile environments, utilizing tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management tools like Copado

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Salesforce UX Designer Certification

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification

  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities), Mobile Publisher, or customized Lightning experiences

  • Experience in data architecture, SSO integration, and security role mapping.

  • Experience in regulated enterprise environments such as aerospace, manufacturing, or defense

  • Experience with user-centered design solutions for complex business applications

  • Experience in continuous improvement or lean workshops
