What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine repairs and maintenance on residential or commercial properties
- Troubleshoot issues involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances
- Complete work orders efficiently and with attention to detail
- Communicate with tenants, property managers, or clients as needed
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of maintenance or handyman experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
