Job Summary 

If you're organized, dependable, and love working with data, this role is for you! Our Data Analyst Specialist are responsible for handling essential data related to our photography services and ensuring everything is accurate, complete, and aligned with CADY’s standards. You will help uphold the integrity of our systems by managing, entering, and verifying data that supports the larger studio and photography operations.

 


Responsibilities 

  1. Receive and organize digital files and associated data from events and studio sessions
  2. Enter and maintain accurate information in CADY’s internal systems and databases
    Verify, validate, and clean data to ensure consistency and completeness
    Flag discrepancies and collaborate with teams to resolve issues
  3. Track and rate data based on CADY quality metrics
  4. Work cross-functionally with other departments to support data accuracy and workflow processes
  5. Assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless data operations
     

Job Requirements 

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
     
  • Must be able to return a satisfactory background check
     
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
     
  • Comfortable with both independent and collaborative work
     
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Google Suite, and other common software tools
     
  • Prior experience with data entry or processing preferred


 

Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors 

  • Extended periods of viewing computer screens
  • Moderate noise and other potential sensory stimulants  (i.e., business office with computers, phone, and printers, music, and light foot traffic)
  • Able to prioritize information/tasks
  • Able to move up to 20 lbs
