 About the role 

As a Delivery Lead at Resulting, you will be at the heart of our client engagements, running day-to-day delivery, keeping programmes on track, and building the kind of trusted relationships that define our reputation. This is primarily a delivery-focused role: you will lead teams, manage plans, and ensure quality outcomes for our clients. You will also play a supporting role in account management, helping to maintain strong client relationships and identify follow-on opportunities, but your core focus is on getting the work done brilliantly. 

Your responsibilities will include:  

• Lead day-to-day delivery across SAP engagements, owning plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies from kick-off through to completion 

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during delivery, building confidence through clear communication, proactive issue management, and consistent follow-through
