This role is highly analytical and execution-focused, sitting at the intersection of energy markets, infrastructure development, and finance.</p> <p>The Senior Associate will play a critical role in assessing powered land and power access opportunities, supporting deal evaluation and contract execution, and coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure power solutions align with CoreWeave’s technical, operational, and financial requirements.</p> <h3><strong>Core Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <h4><strong>Deal Evaluation &amp; Financial Analysis</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Lead detailed financial analysis and modeling for power and energy-related opportunities, including powered land, utility power access, and third-party power solutions.</li> <li>Evaluate economics of power supply options, including utility service, self-build, and alternative or emerging power technologies.</li> <li>Develop scenario analyses around pricing, timing, capacity, and risk to support investment decisions.</li> <li>Prepare clear, data-driven investment memos, presentations, and materials for internal review by senior leadership.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Power &amp; Energy Strategy</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Assess power availability, interconnection paths, timelines, and constraints for new and existing data center markets.</li> <li>Support evaluation of new power technologies (e.g., on-site generati
