Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role 

We are looking for a new Talent Acquisition Partner to our Global TA Team. You will play an important role in our build up phase in the Polish market, for our team in line with Fortum’s global talent acquisition & employer branding strategy. You will be working closely aligned with our talent acquisition team and the employer branding team, to deliver full-cycle recruitments, ensure a strong candidate experience and draw KPIs-based decisions to further develop our talent acquisition strategy. You will work on modern tools such as SAP Success Factors, Assessio and Refapp. You will advise our internal stakeholders consisting of hiring managers and people partners on the right sourcing channel and how to attract, select and retain diverse talents for Fortum within a highly competitive global market.  

  

Some examples of what you will do... 

• Define skills, competencies and requirement profiles together with the Hiring Manager 

• Advertise and decide on the right sourcing strategy 

• Conduct active sourcing and candidate assessments 

• Support (and challenge) hiring managers with candidate interviews and final decision making 

• Carry out recruitment administration and support end users in daily task 

  

This is a short-term position, initially until the end of 2024. You will be based at one of our offices in Poland – preferably Gdańsk, but also Wrocław, Warsaw, Zabrze and Łódź are possible. You will report to Fabian Åhlin, Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition.

You enjoy working together with other People (HR) colleagues, hiring managers and are flexible to advise on external support to find the best fit for Fortum. What we are looking for: 

• You have a relevant academic degree 

• You have at least 5 years of experience as Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner, preferably in SSC environment 

• Experience of working with full-cycle recruitment and assessment tools 

• You are fluent in both English and Polish in speech as well as in writing 

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATS will be a plus 

• Experience with digital reference check tools, such as Refapp, is a plus
