The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring corporate and field employees who will work on various phases of the solar installation projects across the region. The Recruiter will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies that align with the company’s mission, vision, and values.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Hiring Managers to Determine Staffing Needs 

• Work closely with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing requirements for corporate and field positions, including solar panel installers, electricians, project managers, and other roles. 
• Understand the specific skills and qualifications needed for each position and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.

Recruitment and Candidate Selection

• Source, screen, interview, and select candidates using a variety of recruitment channels such as job postings, social media, networking events, and job fairs. 
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet immediate and future hiring demands.
• Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications to ensure candidates' suitability for the role. 

Onboarding and Employee Integration

• Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Ensure a smooth transition for new employees, fostering an environment that promotes engagement and retention.

Stay Informed on Recruitment Trends and Best Practices

• Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

Ensure Legal and Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure that all recruitment and hiring practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate data.
