JOB SUMMARY

The ideal candidate for this position

The Executive Housekeeper ensures standards of cleanliness for the property stemming from the entrance and guest rooms to the back of house areas. Someone who is great with time management and cost controls but knows how to keep focus on the team members.  Is aware how to juggle the complexities of balancing the maintenance of team morale and standards while understanding the simplicity that guests want a clean space.

Oversee a dedicated housekeeping team to ensure the comfort and safety of guests, while helping meet and exceed business goals.  Create an environment that’s safe and engaging, where motivated people want to join, learn, do their best, and advance. Leading a team by empowering the team members and modeling the way.

 

Salary: 60-65k
