OverviewThe candidate will assume the role of Associate, Client Service Operations in an established investment management firm (Torchlight) working with a variety of commercial real estate related products. The role will involve collaboration with the portfolio managers, asset management and underwriting team to aggregate data for client deliverables and strategic support.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete comprehensive reports tailored to individual clients and industry benchmarks;
- Assist in the production and management of marketing presentations for existing clients;
- Work with firm members to complete day-to-day client deliverables and efficiently manage ad hoc requests;
- Support production of client communications;
- Support organizing of, and preparing for, annual investor conference, quarterly meetings, and calls;
- Maintain and update the investor portal, including posting of materials and portal access requirements;
- Draft investment summaries and press releases on relevant new investments; and
- Support firm research requirements.
Professional Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in fixed income, commercial backed mortgage securities or real estate, desired but not necessary.
Education/Certification
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred.
