GAMIVO represents more than 18 million games sold, ~1,000 sellers and regular and rapid profit growth. It is also the only digital marketplace registered and regulated by the EU and its laws.
The owner of the platform can also boast growth in the number of registered users of the platform, which reached more than 4.5 million at the end of 2022 (more than 0.5 million more than six months earlier) and the number of products sold: over 1.7 million in Q3 alone, and already a record over 1.85 million in Q4.

Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (eCommerce)

As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation and optimization of paid advertising campaigns in search engines, programmatic and retargeting tools.

Your main responsibilities

• creation and implementation of advertising campaigns and marketing strategies,
• optimization and implementation of new traffic activities,
• coordinating and planning PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media, RTB, etc.),
• analysis of KPIs, ROAS, ROI performance indicators of conducted activities,
• cooperation with external entities supporting performance and digital activities,
• striving to increase conversions, extend LTV and reduce churn rate,
• monitoring the activities of competitors,
• reporting the results of ongoing campaigns,
• stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• collaborate with various teams to execute the overall product strategy.

It's a match if you have...

• you have at least 3 years of practical experience in e-commerce marketing activities (a must),
• strong experience with GA, GTM and other analytical tools,
• you are familiar with the principles of running programmatic / RTB campaigns,
• an experience in performance marketing and result-oriented campaigns,
• ability to think analytically and scale results,
• strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• ability to build relationships with professionals at all organizational levels,
• ability and willingness to take proactive initiative,
• ability to collaborate with external parties,
• creativity and aptitude for automating activities,
• good English communication skills,
• excellent Polish communication skills.
