<p>&nbsp;</p> <h1><strong>Chief Financial Officer, North America&nbsp;</strong></h1> <h2><strong>About the role: What's in the Box</strong></h2> <p>As the CFO for HelloFresh North America, you will serve as a critical executive leader overseeing a ~$5bn revenue market and a finance organization of approximately 50 professionals. You will act as a strategic partner to Managing Directors across our diverse brand portfolio (including HelloFresh Mealkits, Greenchef, Factor, Good Chop, and Pet’s Table), co-owning the P&amp;L and driving regional growth. This role balances high autonomy with collaborative integration into our central group finance leadership within a fast-paced matrix organization.</p> <p>This role is based in New York City, and reports directly to Fabien Simon, Group CFO.&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do: The Recipe</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Strategic Business Partnership</strong>: Act as a primary advisor to US Managing Directors, providing financial insights that influence strategy across FP&amp;A, controlling, and accounting for multiple product verticals.</li> <li><strong>Executive Financial Oversight</strong>: Co-own the regional P&amp;L and lead the US finance department to ensure robust management of accounting &amp; balance sheet, US tax regulations, and FP&amp;A.</li> <li><strong>Organizational Leadership</strong>: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of nearly 50 employees across Tax, Treasury, and Accounting, fostering a culture of excellence and operational efficiency.</li> <li><strong>Matrix Collaboration</strong>: Collaborate with central finance teams in Germany on treasury, systems and group accounting/reporting, while maintaining regional autonomy.</li> <li><strong>Brand Integration</strong>: Oversee the financial integration of new and evolving brands into the group structure, ensuring scalable reporting and independent FP&amp;A capabilities, where necessary.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What you’ll bring: The Ingredients</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Financial Expertise</strong>: Comprehensive experience across the full finance spectrum, including mastery of US accounting standards, tax regulations, balance sheet management, and FP&amp;A.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Mindset</strong>: The ability to transcend traditional reporting roles to become a credible business partner who understands the operational needs of Managing Directors.</li> <li><strong>Matrix Navigating</strong>: Significant experience operating successfully within a global matrix organization, balancing local business needs with group-level requirements.</li&
