The Role

We are looking for a Staff Talent Partner to support the rapid growth of a high-technology organization with ambitious revenue targets. This role will partner closely with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Development to build the teams responsible for driving revenue and market expansion.

You will play a strategic role in shaping the organization’s go-to-market capabilities by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of GTM and engineering functions, a strong business mindset, and the ability to operate with urgency in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This is an opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in scaling organizations, understands commercial hiring dynamics, and enjoys partnering directly with leadership to build high-impact teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for roles including Go to Market, Engineering, and corporate functions
  • Partner closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to understand revenue goals, hiring plans, and team structures.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top commercial talent in highly competitive markets.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of high-performing revenue leaders and individual contributors.
  • Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Manage and drive efficient interview processes that ensure strong candidate experience while maintaining hiring velocity.
  • Evaluate candidates for performance history, quota attainment, leadership potential, and cultural alignment.
  • Partner with leadership to refine role requirements and hiring profiles based on evolving business needs.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and reporting within the ATS.
