Position Overview
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join the HR Team and serve as a key partner to Ecosystem business leaders. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, confident and competent team player and trusted HR business partner with a strong orientation for process and data driven decision making. In addition, the ideal candidate must be flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment – balancing both strategic business support and the tactical daily HR needs of the business.

What you'll do
- Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall Ecosystem business objectives.
- Serve as the face of HR, supporting and advising on daily HR needs related to talent acquisition, compensation/benefits, learning and development, leadership coaching, talent processes and employee relations.
- Support business leaders in the screening, selection and onboarding of key talent.
- Lead the execution of talent processes through proper onboarding, succession planning, performance management, training and development programs and off-boarding processes.
- Partner and collaborate with HR team members to implement and reinforce company programs and processes.
- Remain current with changes in human resource and employment law and manage company relationships with state and local regulatory agencies.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s (or Master’s degree) in Human Resources or related field required, PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a business partner role required.
- Ability and desire to work collaboratively across the HR Team and with key business stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communications, presentation, and relationship building.
- Excellent organization and follow-through skills as well as the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment with limited daily supervision.
