Job Purpose
The Senior Software Resilience Engineer is responsible for providing an expert level of understanding of the Jackson Application landscape and integrations to enable the Application support teams to respond to incidents in the environment. This a critical role that will work with our 3rd party supplier to ensure they have the adequate understanding of the current environment. The Engineer will also work with the Delivery and Architecture teams to ensure that our 3rd party supplier understands how the environment is evolving to ensure they have the future skills required. The Engineer will assist on Severity 1 and Severity 2 Incidents and provide the bridge between the Jackson and 3rd Party supplier teams with the goal of improving Jackson's stability and resiliency.
Essential Responsibilities
Provides expert Application support for Severity 1 and Severity 2 Incidents.
Provides Management with regular updates throughout Incidents.
Participates in Technical and Business support bridges as required.
Provides Training to 3rd party supplier Application support teams.
Provides documentation to 3rd Party Supplier application support teams.
Educates 3rd party supplier support teams on changes being made by Jackson Delivery teams.
Reviews and contributes to Problem Avoidance and Root Cause Analysis process.
Risk assessment and review of Delivery Change Control.
Coordinates with the Delivery teams to provide latest support documentation of the new business capabilities.
Other Duties
Provides scheduled On-call system support for Severity 1 and Severity 2 incidents on a rotational basis.
Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned.

Expert understanding of Jackson Applications and the troubleshooting of those Applications.
Expert understanding of the integration points of the Jackson Applications.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience required.
8+ years of technical experience required.
Prior Jackson application experience preferred.
