Services Technology is a dynamic and fast-paced area within the Firm's WM Technology
Division. We are responsible for creating innovative technology solutions for the New Account
Onboarding, Business Process Workflows, Contact Center, Generative AI Solutioning, one of the
strategic growth areas of the Firm, providing best in class services to our WM clients.
Within STO, there is a practice unit called Digital Business Automation group responsible for
building and maintaining technology solutions for Business Process Workflow and Management
and is steadily growing due to several integration and renovation projects. If you are an

Position Description
The business analyst is expected to support the reporting of process data generated by a variety
of digital business automations to provide insights into productivity.
The role involves understanding the various digital business automations at a high level in order
to analyze the corresponding event data in detail. The analyst will participate in sprint planning,
backlog refinement, and retrospectives, contributing to iterative development cycles. Detailed
documentation, including data mappings, user stories and process flows, is essential to
support development and testing.
The analyst will partner with product and cross-functional teams to align with strategic
roadmaps. The role demands excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication
skills, along with a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
> Work with business stakeholders to understand data requirements
> Collaborate with data architects and analysts to develop and maintain data mapping
documentation
> Conduct data quality assessments and identify inconsistencies
> Perform root cause analysis on any data issues
> Support data migration and integration projects
> Operate in an Agile product development environment, manage stakeholder requests
with clear prioritization, translate complex business needs into technical requirements,
and applying a design thinking approach to deliver user-centric, iterative solutions
aligned with strategic goals.
> Act as a liaison between business and engineering teams to ensure alignment on
solution design, delivery timelines, and business outcomes
> Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, contributing to
iterative development cycles
> Create and maintain detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, use
cases, and acceptance criteria to support development and testing
> Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic
roadmaps, while proactively integrating testing and validation early in the software
development lifecycle (SDLC)
> Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), track defects, and ensure timely
resolution through collaboration with QA and development teams Required Skills:
> Proven experience as a Data Mapper or in a related role
> Proficiency in SQL, Unix CLI, Excel
> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
> Proven success in Agile product delivery, stakeholder engagement, and product
development using design thinking to create user-centric financial solutions
> Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
> 3+ years of experience as a business analyst.
Desired Skills
> Experience applying Generative AI to enhance analysis and user experience
> Dataiku, Tableau, Snowflake
> Understanding of data warehousing concepts
> Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards
> Knowledge of data integration and migration processes
Educational Qualification:
> Bachelor's degree in the fields of Technology or Finance
