The role 

The Analytics Consultant in our Financial Services Customer Success team is a broad role that includes expanding client analytics use cases, overseeing client maintenance processes, and supporting product innovation that contributes to both our sales efforts and product innovation specifically for Q.Refinery – our world class banking transactional data cleansing and attribute building platform. This capability is unlocking banks transaction data for the first time at scale for advanced analytics across every transaction type (Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Wires, ATM, ACH – Direct Deposit, Bill Pay, P2P, etc.). The use cases are endless and we are seeing significant ROI with clients.   

As the product SME, you will be the expert that drives the client on-boarding, adoption and embedding of products through on-boarding programs and on-site and/or remote support and sharing best practices on how to get value from our products. You will also be responsible for managing the daily/weekly efforts of maintenance teams which ensure our products are meeting client expectations.

You will also play the role of the client representative back to the core product team. Providing direct feedback on existing features, functionality and processes, as well critical insight and direction for new product capabilities that would benefit both the clients they represent, and the product in general.  

The role will be US based and remote working with potential for some travel (<20%).

About you

We are looking for you to bring the following skills and experience to the team:

• 5-10 years working in consulting role, deivering Advanced Analytics / Data Science use cases in the Rettail Banking industry, preferably working with algorithmic / data products   
• Experience working in Financial Services and/or Consumer Banking space with a good understanding of how data can transform the different business lines and verticals 
• Strong interpersonal skills, cross-group collaboration and proven ability to influence across organisational boundaries 
• Sharp problem-solving skills with experience partnering with clients and stakeholders to solve complex problems 
• Preferably a degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial studies or a related discipline e.g. Information management, computer science, software engineering  
• Great written and verbal communication
