The Difference You Make:

The Corporate Access team is responsible for supporting the firm's corporate access strategy and client engagement efforts throughout the assigned region, targeting institutional investors and corporate clients.

  • Support the firm's Corporate Access efforts in the U.S. for institutional investors and corporate clients.
  • Partners with Research, Sales, Trading, Investment Banking, and Corporate Banking teams to identify and execute strategic client engagement opportunities.
  • Coordinate corporate management meetings, non-deal roadshows, investor conferences, field trips, and thematic events.
  • Develops and executes corporate access programs designed to enhance client engagement and support revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with corporate executives, investor relations professionals, and institutional investors.
  • Oversee event planning, scheduling, logistics, budgeting, and post-event analysis.
  • Ensures all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Corporate Access, Investor Relations, Equity Research, Institutional Sales, Investment Banking, or related financial services experience – Required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in capital markets and investor engagement.
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive complex initiatives with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel as required.

It Would Be Nice For You To Have:

  • Fluency in Spanish & Portuguese – Preferred
  • Experience covering Latin American clients and investors – Preferred
  • Established network among institutional investors, corporate executives, and investor relations professionals.
  • Experience managing large-scale investor conferences and roadshows.
  • Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range:

Minimum:

$225,000.00 USD

Maximum:

$250,000.00 USD
