With us, you will shape a career that is truly forward-facing with many amazing opportunities and offerings to match. </p><p><em>But there is more work to be done – that`s why we need you to join us!</em></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>This business area New Energy Solutions is Statkraft’s incubator of new energy businesses, and has global responsibility for hydrogen, EV charging, biofuel, district heating and research and development (R&D) activities. In addition, the area is responsible for finding, developing, and scaling new opportunities in green energy technologies.</p><p>As Senior Finance Manager in business area New Energy Solutions you will be responsible for the financial reporting, accounting, internal controls, compliance, treasury, and tax activities for selected legal entities in the business area. This includes: </p><ul><li>Ensure compliance to Statkraft Group Treasury requirement, including cash management, monitoring guarantees issue by/for the companies, and funding</li><li>Provide accounting & finance due-diligence support for investments / M&A cases </li><li>Hiring and ensuring SLAs are in place for accounting services provided by Statkraft Group functions </li><li>Ensure that legal entity financial reporting is prepared and filed in accordance with IFRS, statutory and Statkraft Group Policies </li><li>Be the interface with auditors for matters at legal entity level</li><li>Ensure that the entity is executing Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and Fraud Prevention System (FPS) in adherence with Statkraft Group requirements </li><li>Ensure all transfer pricing documentation applicable to the entities in scope are in accordance with Statkraft Internal Trade Policy </li><li>Deliver Company Secretarial services for Nordics legal entities, drafting board meeting minutes, coordinating the collection of signatures and stamps, and filing them accordingly</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>We look for an experineced Financial Advisor with the essentials skills to future-proof our business and renewable energy solutions.
