Posting Location: Palmdale
Schedule: Part-time, 2-4 days per week. Weekends and holidays are required.
Terms: 90-day probationary period, at-will.
Pay Range: $17.25+ USD per hour. Merit-based opportunities for both pay and promotion.
Must Have
- Active Guard Card (California).
- Driver’s License. Clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1-year professional security experience (not events).
- Complete, up-to-date resume.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable personal transportation and a working cell phone.
- Ability to adapt, learn, and improve through coaching, training, and feedback on a daily basis.
- Physically able to walk for extended periods of time.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Some positions may require completion of a background check prior to employment.
Preferred Skill Set
- 3 or more years of professional security experience (not events).
- Experience is fast paced, physically active site security; move with a purpose, engage, take appropriate action, move on to the next task.
- Veteran or CO/LE background highly preferred.

Position Summary:
A Signal Patrol Guard will conduct patrols, (foot and vehicle) for courtyards, offices, pools, retail, and other high value areas to ensure all required access points are properly secured and to ensure protection of property, customers, residents, and staff with a high degree of attentiveness to details and safety. All duties listed below are minimum requirements – additional duties listed in the site’s Post Orders are requirements as well.

Responsibilities:
- Will conduct and deliver various mobile security services while operating company patrol vehicle that reflect the company’s values, expectations, and consistent service in alignment with site specific instructions/post orders.
- Will write detailed and accurate reports utilizing company technology and web or app-based software during each shift that align with site instruction/post orders.
