PAY RANGE: $124,700.00 - $135,000.00 ANNUALLY

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Treasury Management and Wire Operations Manager will oversee the implementation and operation of a full range of treasury management solutions, including ACH origination, wire transfer initiation, positive pay services, remote deposit services, account analysis, and sweep accounts. This role requires a proactive leader with extensive knowledge of treasury management solutions, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure that Golden 1 Credit Union’s members receive the highest level of service and support, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and innovation. TASKS, DUTIES, FUNCTIONS:
1. Leadership & Strategy:
• Lead, inspire, and develop the Treasury Management Implementation and Wire Processing Operations Teams, focusing on skill development, coaching, and mentoring to drive exceptional performance.
• Build a positive, engaging work environment that aligns with Golden 1's mission, vision, and values.
• Ownership for the success of the Treasury Management Implementation and Wire Processing Teams, ensuring operations are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.

2. Strategic Planning & Support:
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Payment Operations, to develop and implement new programs, products, and services.
• Provide periodic updates on the Treasury Management Implementation and Wire Processing Operations Team’s performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead efforts to align department goals with overall credit union strategy and objectives, prioritizing projects, managing resources effectively, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

3. Member Experience & Problem Resolution:
• Seek out resolution of escalated member concerns related to Treasury Management Implementation and Wire Processing Operations Teams and General Ledgers activities.
• Identify root causes, implement solutions, and ensure swift resolution to maintain high levels of member satisfaction.

4. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management:
• Own the risk of the processes within role mandate.
• Ensure the department’s compliance with state and federal laws, including Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money laundering regulations, and other relevant requirements.
• Proactively monitor internal controls and policies to safeguard the credit union's assets.
• Lead risk assessments and implement control activities that mitigate risks in line with Golden 1's risk appetite.

5. Coaching, Mentorship & Performance Management:
• Provide regular coaching, training, and development opportunities to supervisors and staff, ensuring they are equipped to excel in their roles.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through leadership, feedback, and performance management.
• Oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing supervisors and staff, conducting performance evaluations and managing personnel matters, including staffing projections and budgetary considerations.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration with department supervisors and staff to facilitate information exchange.

6. Project Management & Process Improvement:
• Lead and manage all projects related to Treasury Management Implementation and Wire Processing, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Engage in the research and analysis necessary to implement new products and services.
• Continuously assess operational workflows and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Drive innovation and process improvements across the Treasury Management Implementation and Wire Processing Operations Teams.

7. Vendor & Relationship Management:
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with key vendors (e.g., Fiserv, The Clearing House, Federal Reserve) by monitoring service level agreements, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
