RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Project Specialist  in the HR Services Team EMEA, you are eager to coordinate the key projects within the team HR Services EMEA. 
The main project will be NGBA (Next Generation Business Architecture),  business transformation with a large focus on the conversion of the current SAP R/3 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system Cobalt to the S/4HANA technology.

2 years contract with opportunity for prolongation.

Your primary responsibilities are :

• Effectively manage the coordination of the project delivery while ensuring that all the necessary contributors from various teams are actively involved.
• Identify the responsible key contributors within and coordinate effective knowledge management.
• Ensure that services are delivered in accordance with established processes and work procedures and in compliance with BASF policies and local company legal and statutory requirements.
• Work with the respective teams on the project to determine the scope of work and timeline, as well as budget for the project delivery.
• You collaborate between various teams to ensure timely solutions to the project progress
• Provide quality supervision, and support for direct and indirect parties involved in the project to ensure all scope of delivery and reporting activities are executed accurately in a timely manner.
• Manage project work of scope and resolving of issues via way of interaction with the necessary key stakeholders and the development of solutions.
• To ensure all legal compliance is adhered to this includes statutory, government and industrial relations matters
• Regularly conduct reviews to ensure that issues within the project delivery are  recognized and resolved in a timely and orderly manner
• You independently take responsibility for project works in the EMEA HR Services unit and  play an active role in cross-team’s optimization 
• Networking : you network across the project organization and regional teams for effective delivery of the project

QUALIFICATIONS

• Successfully completed bachelor or master’s degree ( in HR or Projects preferable but not necessary)
• 5 years of fundamental experience in HR Projects
• Strong SAP HR /Payroll/Finance experience (2 years +)
• Additional knowledge and/or experience in Payroll for EMEA countries
• Fluent English is required, German as advantage.
• Profound exposure to HR projects involving system changes and system implementations.
• Understanding of HR system fundamentals

• Gross annual salary (full time): 53,000€ - 56,000€ possible with relevant higher qualifications. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
