About the role
Your Responsibilities
- Monitor and identify relevant public and private tenders in the field of genetic diagnostics and laboratory services.
- Support the preparation and submission of tender documentation, ensuring compliance with technical, administrative, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (scientific, legal, regulatory, quality) to gather and organize required documentation.
- Manage and update internal databases and platforms related to tender tracking and submissions.
- Assist in the registration processes on national and international procurement platforms.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tender processes and documentation templates.
Your profile
- Degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology or a related field.
- Solid understanding of molecular techniques such as NGS, array CGH, MLPA, NIPT, PGT, etc.
- High command of spoken and written English; additional languages are highly valued.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience with tender platforms and public procurement processes is a plus.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze pricing structures, evaluate profit margins, and develop competitive economic offers.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, certifications/accreditations (e.g., ISO 15189, CAP), and relevant regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
