What Youll Do:

• Oversee the operations of 2 dental offices including doctors, hygienists and supporting team.

• Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

• Work with office managers and team leads to develop and implement operational strategies

• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve operations and profitability

• Ensure our practices meet the highest standards in compliance, patient care, and operational performance.

• Build relationships with both patients and team members, creating an environment where everyone feels supported, respected, and valued.

What Were Looking For:

• HR related situations: Ability to deal with difficult HR related situations, Strategic Planning, Operational Management, Financial Acumen, Regulatory Compliance, Patient Care Focus, Communication skills, Problem-solving, Technical Proficiency and Quality Improvements.

• Innovative Leadership: At least 8+ years in multi-location dental or healthcare operations, with a passion for tech-driven improvements.

• Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of optimizing operations and delivering results.

• People-Centered: Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentorship and team development.
