  • Oversee analysis and optimization of lead and campaign metrics to improve data accuracy and system performance.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable technical strategies, guiding teams in user stories, process design, and execution.
  • Maintain clear system documentation, including process diagrams and workflows, to ensure transparency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Establish standardized frameworks for gathering requirements, documenting processes, and managing change across Marketing Operations.
  • Strengthen communication and alignment through project updates, enablement materials, and collaboration tools across global teams.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering accountability, professional growth, and a culture of continuous innovation.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing or Sales Operations, with at least 2+ years in a team lead or managerial capacity.
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology stacks and operational systems, with hands-on, admin-level experience in Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Proven track record in designing, optimizing, and implementing technical processes that enhance lead management, campaign execution, and data integrity.
  • Strong background in cross-functional leadership, guiding teams through complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Dedication to thoroughness and effective execution, with a strong ability to take accountability for outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adjust the level of detail depending on the audience.
  • Data-driven decision-making, including using available data or establishing new processes to gather necessary information for informed decisions.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in marketing, computer science, or related field.
  • Comfortable working on a fully distributed team
