The goal of this recruitment is to fill this position at an Education Program Specialist 2 level. However, we encourage candidates who meet the minimum qualifications for an Education Program Specialist 1 ($5747-8831 (PERS $6,146-$9,447) to apply, as we may consider underfilling the position until the selected candidate meets the minimum qualifications for an Education Program Specialist 2. Underfill training will not exceed three years.
This is a hybrid role and will need to report to our Salem office when business or operational needs are dependent on onsite activities. In addition, there is travel around Oregon to meet with community groups, present at conferences and visit with business partners.
