Penn State is currently seeking an Associate Director of Community Fundraising in supporting Penn State Health and the Penn State College of Medicine. Reporting to the Executive Director of Annual Programs and working closely with colleagues across Penn State Health and the College of Medicine, as well as other partners, this Associate Director of Community Fundraising will:

• Oversee and manage signature fundraising events and relationships that support Penn State Health and the College of Medicine, which can include recruitment of teams and individual participants, volunteer engagement and training, soliciting corporate sponsors, building relationships with community donors and content and resource creation;
• Articulate Penn State’s needs, ambitions, and values, including diversity, equity, and inclusion, through excellent informal and formal communications;
• Steward current external community donors in their fundraising efforts for Penn State Health and the College of Medicine;
• Establish and maintain effective connections with and provide development support/expertise to community groups, schools, service clubs, and cause marketing partners involved with community fundraising events;
