As Supply Manager, you will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, earning new business, growing existing accounts, building our processes, overseeing service compliance and defining Shippabo’s Ocean carrier strategy. Essentials for Success 🏆

1. Proven ability to establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
2. Success in forming a pricing strategy and driving net revenue within local markets
3. Freight Forwarding, Global Logistics, Procurement or Consulting experience that highlights your ability to create, innovate and improve strategic processes and drive revenue
4. Prior experience solving problems using a data based approach and various analytical tools (Microsoft Excel, Looker, Tableau, SAP, etc)
5. Ability to own the strategic vision for Shippabo’s carrier management system: KPI’s, scorecards and compliance monitoring
6. Experience working with Sales focused teams to support and enhance efforts, including joining client meetings and onboarding sessions
7. Availability to participate in evening hours Shippabo overseas calls as needed (typically biweekly)
8. Comfortable in Ambiguous Environments: We are a dynamic startup, and adaptability is key to success. You must be able to thrive in ever-changing situations and possess the ability to navigate and excel amidst ambiguity
9. Must reside in the U.S or Canada as we are not hiring globally - (yet!)

Compensation 💰

Shippabo is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this role is between min $80,000 and max $100,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, location, and market demands. This range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

* This role requires very minimal travel of up to 5-10% for department gatherings and/or conferences.

* While this role is Remote, a preferable location would be within a 3 hour commute of Atlanta, GA
