Job Description
Sr. Information Technology (IT) Project Manager will manage all types of IT initiatives (i.e. product development, finance, security, infrastructure, transformation, IT risk, M&A, back-office, enterprise tooling, etc.) for Xplor. This job will coordinate people and processes to ensure projects & initiatives are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project or initiative’s organization and timeline.
Duties include:
- Develop or update and manage detailed project plans ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Establish and maintain relationship with project resources, 3rd parties/vendors and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Perform budget tracking and financial analysis
- Create project deliverables ie. scope definition, status report, RAID log, etc.
- Establish and execute project communication plan
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Conduct data collection, cleansing, and preparation to support analysis efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer related field or equivalent job experience
- Have a background in business skills, 5+ years project management, budgeting and analysis.
- Must be comfortable speaking with engineers, contractors, and the management team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed environment
- Excellent time management, facilitation, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Adaptability, flexibility and open to change (positive or negative) and to consider variety in workplace
- Good working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- Experience working within a SAFe framework
- Ability to act diplomatically solving people and technology issues as well as the ability to influence and lead resources across all areas of an organization
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development
- Team player, cooperative and displays can-do attitude
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- SAFe, PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

The average base salary pay range for this role is between $90k-$114,000 USD
May be considered for a discretionary bonus
