What You'll Be Doing

This person will be responsible for the validation of client authentication processes, input/verification of domestic, international, and foreign currency wire transfers outgoing wires into our wire system. Will accept phone call request to create wire transfers and perform call backs to clients for wire verification. Responsibilities will include fraud review, managing and processing system wire queues. Review, investigate, and understand Sanction Alerts regarding wire and SWIFT traffic and appropriately adjudicate alerts in a timely manner. Provide exceptional service to internal and external clients while following all established policies and procedures.

How You'll Succeed

  • Client Engagement - Interact with both internal and External customers and maintain a positive working relationship between them and the bank.
  • Attention to Detail - Must be able to maintain a level of detail while working with multiple parties and continue to do things in a timely manner.
  • Multitasking - You will be required to handle multiple things at once. Processing telephonic wires, manual wires, transaction reporting, and repair queues all while on the phone.
  • Ability to Learn - This role will require 6 - 12 months of experience and the ability to pick up processes and information about the role and our customer/clients.
