As a BA Consultant you will actively engage with the business to create detailed business cases and clear problem-solving statements. We want you to be pro-active, curious, enthusiastic and open to new experiences.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Your key responsibilities</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Design functional specifications of applications to address business and user needs</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Identify internal and external factors which may impact requirements</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Document requirements including customer journey, features, user stories, cross-team dependencies, separating core product build vs. integration features, outlining what is in and out of scope</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Prepare and present a compelling business case for proposed solutions</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Determine objectives, dependencies, resources, timelines, metrics, costs and risks associated with the proposed plans and initiatives</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Help identify problems, opportunities and methods for improving existing business processes and workflows</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Use a variety of business process and workflow design tools and techniques</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Support the evaluation of tradeoffs from the incorporation of different elements into the design and their impact on overall functionality, interoperability, efficiency and costs of the software</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Participate in the development of systems during various stages of the development lifecycle</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Skills and attributes for success</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Experience in process mapping, requirements elicitation and business case formation.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Ability to be the interface between subject matter experts, business owners and technical experts.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Strong workshops facilitation skills</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Proven delivery focus – understand what needs to be done and when and can help the Project Manager and Business Owner deliver to this</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>To qualify for the role you must have</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>6y + professional experience (min. 2 years of experience as Business Analyst)</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Readiness to travel (approx. up to 10% of working time in a year)</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Minimum experience with two (2) Software Development Projects</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Expertise in business case creation and requirements gathering</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Experience in articulating user stories and establishing further directions</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Knowledgeable and practitioner of the SCRUM framework</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Sufficient knowledge to help build and refine consulting frameworks around processes, technology and people to enable clients create enhanced B2C/B2B customer journeys, digital products, applications and touchpoints.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Proficiency in English (strong C1 level or higher)</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Proficiency in German (strong C1 level or higher)</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Ideally, you’ll also have</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Cross-domain knowledge (experience working in multiple areas)</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Experience in Health Sector or Insurance/Health-Sec
