As a Data Governance Program Lead, you serve as the anchor in enterprise-reaching initiatives. You are responsible for defining outcomes and key results for data management. You will engage senior leaders to ensure alignment to program outcomes and priorities; develop a keen understanding of the problems, opportunities, and user impacts; design capabilities in partnership with product, technology, and compliance partners; and will drive the change management necessary to achieve sustainable results. You establish timebound key results that align with program outcomes, partner with product and compliance partners to align priorities, create and maintain delivery plans accounting for and managing product dependencies. You identify and manage program risks and develop mitigation plans. You develop and own communication plans, and monitor, track and report the health of the program to the stakeholders. You provide regular updates on the program to leadership and serve
as a single point of contact for any emergent changes to the scope and size of the program.
Area of focus: Certified Analytical Data provides trusted, enterprise managed analytical and historical data that fuels informed decisions, innovation, and growth. As the Data Governance Program Lead you will deliver a comprehensive program that evolves certification standards to keep pace with the growing and changing demands for analytical data and drives the change management required to achieve sustainable results.

About You:
- 4-year degree in Product, Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience
- 5 plus years’ experience in technology engineering industry or technical program management
- Demonstrated understanding of database and data movement technologies and large scale architecture
- 2 plus years’ experience in working with Agile Methodologies
- Experience in delivering large projects with cross functional deliverables
- Experience in driving change management necessary for delivering capabilities with broad organizational impact
