How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead and support the development, implementation, and long-term support of electrical design software.

• Upgrade the code-base of design software to the latest .Net core framework.

• Build Azure-based applications (.Net core).

• Create and update the architecture of Hitachi Energy products focusing on electrical design tools.

• Drive innovation by creating proof-of-concepts on new technologies and architectures.

• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and implement new features, bug fixes, and code refactoring.

• Collaborate in an Agile multinational team.

• Document new development efforts and escalate issues as needed.

• Debug and fix bugs to improve design quality.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of software development experience.

• Hands-on programming experience with .Net framework 4.8 (VB.Net or C#).

• Preferred experience with C# .Net Core.

• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

• Experience with SQL Server (MS SQL).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in Azure environments.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Working knowledge in Azure Development (Batch, Docker, Queues, Functions, Storage, MSSQL).
