As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment processes, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in our software development and operations processes.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CI/CD technologies, proficiency in Python, Shell Scripting, PowerShell is also a plus, and extensive hands-on experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) for at least six years.</p><p> </p><p>Missions:</p><ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient software delivery and automated testing.</li><li>Automate deployment and configuration management processes to support a reliable and scalable infrastructure.</li><li>Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring high availability and rapid incident response.</li><li>Collaborate with development to streamline application deployments and ensure best practices are followed.</li><li>Identify areas for automation and optimization to enhance system performance and reduce manual intervention.</li><li>Implement security best practices throughout the development and deployment lifecycle.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior team members in adopting DevOps principles and best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and operational support.</li><li>Document procedures and configurations for effective knowledge sharing and team collaboration.</li><li>Provide application support and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.</li><li>Proactively identify potential issues and performance bottlenecks to prevent outages and incidents.</li><li>Continuously stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to DevOps.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation and system integration purposes.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>What we’re looking for </strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Hard Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).</li><li>Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.</li><li>Strong scripting skills in Python and Shell Script or PowerShell.</li><li>Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach to troubleshooting.</li><li>Exceptional soft skills, including effective communication and teamwork abilities.</li><li>Prior experience in supporting applications and troubleshooting production issues.</li><li>Strong understanding of software development methodologies and version control systems (BitBucket, Git, SVN, etc.).</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.</li><li>Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies.</li><li>Extensive experience in APIs usage.</li><li>Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and syst
