Job Summary
 

This position manages fellow engagement within the Graham School Leadership and Society Initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the development of each Fellows capstone project, a Purpose Plan, which includes managing timelines, deadlines, and multiple stakeholders. Interfaces with LSI Fellows one-on-one to advise on their individualized experience, and connects them to relevant campus partners and resources in support of their unique interests and learning goals. 
  • Plans and executes events for LSI, its Fellows and future program alumni, including symposiums, workshops, info sessions, and cultural outings. 
  • Leads the enrollment process for Fellows in audited courses across the University, including securing faculty approvals for audits, guiding Fellows on their audit selections, and liaising with department administrators.
  • Oversees development and production of resource guides and instructions, and maintains a Canvas site for LSI Fellows.
  • Leads team use of Slate CRM, responsible for designing campaigns, queries, and forms to support the admissions process. Conducts quality control on all LSI records in Slate. 
  • Serves as first point of contact for all Fellow inquiries, current and prospective. 
  • Manages initiative email inbox and all correspondence.
  • Supports the Director in the development and launch of LSI, including managing program planning and designing key aspects of the cohort experience and resources for Fellows. 
  • Partners in program innovation and continuous improvement, incorporating feedback from initial cohorts to strengthen future program offerings.
  • Supports the Director in designing and implementing new projects on an as-needed basis.
  • Prepares marketing and recruitment material, and makes presentations to prospective candidates and stakeholders. 
  • Develops and communicates program priorities and performance standards and assesses operations using these criteria. Plans and conducts quality assurance reviews and recommends changes as appropriate.
  • Has a deep understanding when interacting with faculty, researchers and staff for committee work or information.
  • Performs other related work as needed.


Minimum Qualifications
 

Education:

Minimum requirements include a college or university degree in related field.

Minimum requirements include knowledge and skills developed through 5-7 years of work experience in a related job discipline.

Education:

  • Advanced degree.

Experience:

  • Program management experience.
  • Background working with executives.

Preferred Competencies

  • Strong commitment to DEIB.
