Role summary:

As Director, you will spearhead the strategy for next-generation intelligent experiences.

You will lead a world-class team building autonomous, multi-agent systems that evolve

beyond simple ranking into interactive, goal-directed workflows for HRBPs and

Management. Your role bridges research and product, translating complex AI capabilities

into business roadmaps while enforcing rigorous Responsible AI standards. We seek a

strategic leader with deep technical authority in NLP who has successfully deployed high-

risk applications at scale. You must excel at recruiting top talent, influencing executive

stakeholders, and operationalizing safe, scalable AI innovation. Join us to shape the future

What you'll do:
Define and Drive AI Strategy: Spearhead the strategic vision for LLM-powered intelligent
experiences, moving beyond individual features to create a cohesive ecosystem that
interprets tabular and unstructured data to drive business value.
Lead Technical Innovation: Oversee the development of next-generation personalized
Q&A systems and conversational talent engines.
Orchestrate Multi-Agent Workflows: Guide the team in designing complex multi-agent
intelligent workflows of contact center service, ensuring they result in reliable, goal-
directed task sequences.
Build and Manage High-Performing Teams: Recruit, retain, and manage a world-class
team of data scientists and ML engineers. Foster a culture of technical excellence,
experimentation, and rapid delivery.
Executive Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary technical liaison to Product,
Engineering, and Design leadership. Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into actionable
product roadmaps and business outcomes.
Establish Governance & Operations: Define and enforce organization-wide development
standards and MLOps best practices. Champion Trustworthy, Safe, and Responsible AI
initiatives, ensuring all systems meet strict regulatory, privacy, and fairness standards.

Thought Leadership: Represent the organization in the broader AI community through
whitepapers and conferences, while driving internal research initiatives to keep the
company at the cutting edge of GenAI application.


What you'll bring:
NLP Experience: Proven success leading teams deploying high-risk NLP
applications in production, balancing innovation with strict compliance and safety.
Management Experience: Strong track record of building teams, managing
performance, and developing careers for junior through staff-level scientists.

Operational Excellence: Experience operationalizing Trustworthy AI and
Responsible ML practices at scale, influencing enterprise-wide policy.
Technical Depth: Deep foundation in deep learning and optimization. Ability to
challenge architectural decisions and guide system design for complex agentic
workflows.
Executive Influence: Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and bridge the gap
between research and product, ideally within top-tier tech or AI-first startups.

Option 1: Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 6 years' experience in an analytics related field.
Option 2: Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 4 years' experience in an analytics related field.
Option 3: 8 years' experience in an analytics or related field
