TVC Pro-Driver is a member of the Love’s Family of Companies and is a commercial driver’s license (CDL) protection subscription service with more than thirty-five years of experience assisting individual drivers and fleets in reducing or dismissing fines, preventing downtime for court and protecting compliance, safety and accountability (CSA) scores.

 

BASIC PURPOSE: Perform business analysis activities within Love’s Family of Companies/TVC Pro-Driver in Oklahoma City. The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will support the IT solutions for TVC Pro-Driver, including requirements elicitation, tracking, clarification and communication, specification writing and validation of solutions.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze and document as-is and to-be processes, data and systems utilizing appropriate diagramming and documentation methodologies
• Elicit, communicate, and manage requirements
• Working knowledge of business areas supported to help identify system solutions that encompass people, processes, and technology
• Perform gap analysis and feasibility assessment of solutions to make recommendations
• Understand integration points between internal and external systems
• Understand and ensure that quality standards are met relevant to documentation and solution delivery – complete solution specifications and integration mapping documents
• Work with technical resources to deliver solutions, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for improvement, including error handling and monitoring
• Creation and execution of test plans and scripts in support of solution delivery
• Identify issues or potential issues and perform root cause analysis of issues to recommend resolutions
• Provide guidance to business analysts as coach and mentor, in addition to task assignment and evaluation when appropriate
• Works with team leadership to contribute to departmental goals and initiatives
• Clearly communicate work status to business leads, manager, and other stakeholders
• Work on project delivery and support once solutions are in production
• Collaborates with other IT and business resources to understand issues, plan work, and deliver solutions. Expected collaboration includes but is not limited to the following teams:  TVC Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Fuel, Legal, and Accounting
• Other duties assigned as needed

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Education:
  •  
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Business Analysis certification preferred
• Experience:
  • 8+ years related experience in an analyst capacity
  • Diagramming techniques including process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, architecture diagrams, entity relationship diagrams
  • Experience in one or more of the relevant business areas preferred: Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and Accounting

 

POSITION GENERAL INFORMATION

• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• Primarily remote work, with occasional work from OKC, OK office

 

      SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of various integration protocols to consume and transmit data internally and with external companies
  • Understanding of web-based, single page (SPA), or SaaS applications preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite of tools, including Teams, Word, Visio, Excel, Project/Planner
  • Experience in Agile methodology as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Scrum Master
  • Experience supporting SDLC lifecycle utilizing Azure Dev Ops Boards, Sprints, Queries, and Delivery Plans
  • Creative thinking and ability to quickly solve complex problems
  • Facilitation and communication skills, including ability to communicate with business leaders and external partners
  • Ability to be flexible in an ambiguous environment
  • Ability to work within resource and time constraints
  • Ability to manage 200+ emails/messages per day
  • Displays mastery of job responsibilities and works autonomously on numerous assignments of critical nature
• Typical Physical Demands:
  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision
