Intern: Procure to Pay

EquipmentShare is Hiring a Procure to Pay Intern.

EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Procure to Pay Team at our Home Office in Columbia, Mo for the 2024 summer.

Responsibilities

• Enter and balance accounts payable transactions
• Assist with various accounting team projects
• Support Finance team with recurring monthly spreadsheets using Excel, Google Sheets, Pivot tables and Vlookups
• Assist Financial administrators with help as needed
• Process accounts payable transactions
• Post all invoices into the accounting system
• Handle and resolve disputed invoices
• Request credits from vendors and reconcile company credit card accounts
• Prepare vendor payments and create client invoices

You will be expected to work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

What You're Working With:

• Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• You have excellent communication skills
• You have high attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, basic accounting or AP knowledge
• You are highly organized, pay attention to details, and able to multitask
• You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude
