About the role

Join our Business Support Management team, where you’ll help shape the success of our Commercial and Investment Bank. You’ll work in a collaborative, innovative environment, partnering with diverse groups to deliver consistent, high-quality business support.

As a Business Support Associate in the Business Support Management team, you will manage and develop a team of Executive Administrative professionals. You will provide guidance and leadership, ensuring excellence in business coverage and maintaining governance and compliance standards. Your work will directly impact the success of our Commercial and Investment Bank, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture. You will also partner with Recruiting, Employee Relations, Marketing, and Technology to drive consistency in business practices and lead projects that enhance operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Administrative Professionals, ensuring superior administrative coverage and support
  • Conduct regular strategic business reviews and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Develop and nurture top talent through effective coaching and training
  • Partner with Client Engagement/Events and Sponsorship teams to support local event activity
  • Ensure oversight for local control and reporting activities, maintaining compliance with standards
  • Collaborate with functional groups to foster consistency in business practices
  • Independently own all facets of the performance management process
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives to improve operational efficiency
  • Lead and support projects and initiatives for the Administrative Management team
     

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Strong natural people leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Control orientation with a focus on enforcing a dynamic control/compliance environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant applications
  • Highly adaptive to integrating and using new technologies
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results independently
     

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of motivating high-performing teams
  • Prior experience in event planning and management
     

Required or Additional Information

  • Work schedules will vary within a full-time, 40-hour per week schedule
  • Willingness to work during operating hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Specific information regarding work schedules will be provided by the recruiter
