Team Lead Description:

The Team Lead plays a pivotal role in driving store success while upholding the company's values of wellness, growth, and community. Key responsibilities include:

• Coaching & Development: Guide and support team members to deliver exceptional service, fostering their growth through feedback and coaching.
• Driving Results: Lead sales performance, boost productivity, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Values Alignment: Promote the company's wellness-driven culture in all interactions and ensure the team embodies core values.
• Collaborative Leadership: Partner with the Store Manager to develop and execute business strategies around people, operations, merchandising, and community engagement.
• Culture Building: Lead by example, fostering teamwork, inclusion, and a positive environment where team members feel valued.
