What the Information Technology Department does at Worldwide

The IT department is made up of seasoned professionals united in one common goal: to keep Worldwide’s technical infrastructure operating at the highest levels for our employees and our customers. We are a global team comprised of numerous professionals including cyber security, artificial intelligence, IT helpdesk, application support, and more. 

What you will do

• Define and deliver strategic roadmaps for NetSuite, Certinia, Workday, and Microsoft Purview.

• Ensure platforms meet scalability, security, and enterprise architecture standards.

• Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders across Finance, HR, and Legal.

• Translate business needs into system capabilities and enhancements.

• Lead cross-functional teams through implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Data teams to ensure compliance.

• Monitor performance, drive improvements, and resolve issues efficiently.

What you will bring to the role

• Experience with cloud platforms and tools like AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and Informatica.

• Skilled in Python, R, SQL, Spark, and modern data engineering and analytics tools.

• Knowledge of machine learning, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics frameworks.

• Certifications in data management or cloud architecture (e.g., CDMP, AWS Solutions Architect) are a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on scalable, real-world solutions.

• Strategic thinker with ability to turn complex data challenges into actionable business opportunities.

• Proven project management skills; delivers complex initiatives on time and within budget.

Your experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

• 12+ years leading enterprise systems, including NetSuite, Certinia, Workday, and Microsoft Purview.

• Proven success delivering enterprise-scale solutions through cross-functional leadership.

• Strong grasp of finance, HR, legal, and data governance processes.

• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, vendor negotiation, and global or regulated environments.
