Job Description

The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated university student to join our Global Medical Strategy team as a summer intern in 2026. The internship offers valuable exposure to the pharmaceutical industry and drug development process especially in the area of medical affairs overall ensuring safe and effective use of our medicines, and global medical strategy specifically.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or contribute to impactful Global Medical Strategy projects within Women’s Health (Contraception, Fertility) and General Medicine (Biosimilars, Dermatology, and Established Brands), that may include:

    • Oversee global Clinical Training Program (CTP) survey tracking, including execution of post CTP surveys in US. Data would be used to measure impact of CTP.

    • Global Launch and execution of CTP 2.1 (new training format) and ITPs (independent training programs).

    • Other Global Medical Strategy projects.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic global medical plan tactics that drive scientific leadership and support global product lifecycle management.

  • Gain valuable exposure to Global Medical Affairs operations, including enhancing strategic insight management as well as other operational activities, broadening expertise across diverse therapeutic areas.

Required Education, Experience and Skills

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate Junior or Senior with a major in pharmacy, medicine, life sciences, or a related field.

  • Interest in the pharmaceutical industry and medical affairs/global medical affairs.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and proactively.

  • Basic understanding of medical or scientific terminology.

  • Project Management Skills is a plus.
