MS Dynamics CRM Developer

Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Developer to join our growing team. Reporting to the Dynamics Team Leader, the MS Dynamics CRM Developer will be responsible for developing, designing, coding, and testing MS Dynamics CRM application modules or related applications according to the technical specification, including custom-built CRM applications based on the company's needs. The candidate will support the development of test scenarios, scripts, and test execution, ensuring the application or architecture meets agreed quality standards for the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or related field
• 5 + years of hands-on experience with extending the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform through configuration, including code using Microsoft Power Platform, Workflows, Plugins, and JavaScript, and D365/Dynamics CRM modules (Sales, Manufacturing, Marketing, Customer Service)
• 5 + years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based solutions
• Experience in Microsoft Azure (Azure App Service, Azure Service Bus, Azure Hosting, NServicebus, Net Web APIs RESTful APIs) CNET Framework, CNET Core, JavaScript libraries, HTML, CSS, SignalR, MS SQL Server
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate ideas, give functional and technical feedback along with mentoring team members
• Ability to be flexible and have enthusiasm for learning technologies, tools, and ideas
• Ability to have clear and concise oral and written communication, including the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform code writing, develop CRM applications, develop plugins, develop workflows based on requirements defined in user stories, write unit tests, debug and resolve issues, and publish user stories meeting acceptance criteria
• Collaborate in enterprise architecture, design, and create solutions based on project requirements and product needs
• Review the application architecture, design documents, and development plans
• Collaborate with the team to understand the requirements and develop the solutions
• Conduct meetings and trainings with other teams to transfer knowledge about technologies used in the projects
• Perform high-level quality checks on the deliverables before deploying them to stage and productions
• Provide technical mentorship to other team members
