Internship to begin first week of June and goes through to the last week of August.

The working hours are Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
•    Support business needs by using data to create meaningful insights and actions
•    Analyze client demand and liaise with internal Supply Chain partners to execute a robust forecast plan
•    Leverage a database application to analyze, report, and effectively communicate key performance metrics within a sales organization
•    Prepare strategy presentations for executive leadership
•    Assist with development and execution of effective business plans
•    Attend client meetings and prepare visit reports
•    Support client-facing teams on fragrance development projects

You Bring:
•    Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s degree in related field and have completed at least two full years of undergraduate study prior to the start of the internship
•    Availability to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) for 12 weeks beginning on June 3, 2024
•    Communication skills and the ability to effectively deliver insights
•    Experience with data analytics and reporting in basic data visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint)
•    Ability to find ways to get things done when solutions aren’t obvious
•    A propensity to understand root causes, trends, and in general, “why?”
•    Highly motivated and curious about the Perfumery and Beauty industry
