We work hand in hand with the award-winning creative teams that forge those innovative partnerships at Translation (our in-house creative advertising agency).</span></p> <h4>We are looking for a <strong>Director</strong>, <strong>Label Relations </strong>to join UnitedMasters!</h4> <p><em>This role is based in <strong>Brooklyn, New York</strong> with four days in-office and one day remote.</em></p> <h3><strong><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">What You'll Do</span></strong></h3> <ul> <li>Partner with VP of Label Services and current Label Relations Director&nbsp; to contribute to the BD strategy, drive goals and improve frameworks for UnitedMasters’ label services, label partnerships, acquisitions, and deal structures.</li> <li>Drive revenue growth by discovering, negotiating and onboarding a roster of successful independent record labels that partner with UnitedMasters to drive overall&nbsp; gross revenue in 2025</li> <li>Identify prospective labels for ventures and distribution with UnitedMasters</li> <li>Inform strategy for deal frameworks with independent label partnerships and deal varieties</li> <li>Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including managers, agents, attorneys, etc., and seek new relationships necessary to ensure label success.</li> <li>Understand deal points (advances, overhead, distribution fees) and market rates for labels and work Music and Legal teams to secure deals.</li> <li>Manage label projects within agreed budget, schedule, and timeline</li> <li>Work closely with all necessary departments and team members including Marketing, Sync, Brand Partnerships, Customer Operations, Legal and Finance to ensure label partners have
