This recognition spans all 26 countries where we operate.</p> <p>For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our <strong>Global Organization Effectiveness &amp; Change Management team</strong> responsible for organization transformation and change management as result of the implementation of new business operating processes in the Company.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Does the opportunity sound interesting to you?</strong></p> <p>We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>You’ll be in charge of: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Assisting in conducting analysis and interviews to understand the current state of processes/organizational design of different functions in order to identify areas of improvements;</li> <li>Supporting the Function’s organizational development with dedicated projects to share and embed the new operating model;</li> <li>Assisting the Project Management activities (e.g. track project progress, milestones, key performance indicators)</li> <li>Contributing to the Change Management initiatives by designing materials and workshops</li> <li>Conducting data analysis and information harmonization;</li> <li>Creating engaging presentations and reports for the stakeholders, using Excel and PowerPoint</li> <li>Partnering with many key stakeholders from multiple functions and geographies and with all the departments involved in the strategic projects.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>You are the right person if you:  </strong></p> <ul> <li>Have a background in Economics, Management Engineering or HR.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.</li> <li>Speak English fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams.</li> <li>You are open to learning and you have a proactive attitude.</li> <li>You like to work with people, interacting, speaking, and presenting to a diversified group of people.</li> <li>Are willing to work on multiple simultaneous projects and interact with various stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Curious about who you'll be working with?
