Job Description

We are looking for a Product Operations Team Lead to join our team. 

Qualifications

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Plan, direct, supervise and control product operations for core products;
- Create and plan product roadmap targeted at improving key business performance objectives;
- Build and lead the product team;
- Control and improve product metrics: ROI 12m, ATPU, ARPU, Margin, In/Out, Avg Dep, Processing Costs;
- Troubleshoot product issues (conversion, blockers, critical bugs);
- Maintain and improve the product operations reporting.

Requirements:
- 2+ years in gambling on similar position
