What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 and group ABA therapy to children with Autism
• Implement behavior plans and collect data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• Assist with caregiver training under BCBA supervision
• Collaborate with your clinical team to support each child’s unique treatment goals
• Ensure a safe, clean environment for all staff, clients, and families

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field (preferred)
• Experience working with children (ages 0–16), especially in therapy or educational settings
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel between sites
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain a variety of active postures
