RTX has an opening for Manager Business Systems and Transformation).  We are seeking a skilled and experienced person to join our digital organization to support our SAP Corporate, Global Mobility  and Research Center Systems. 

This is a pivotal role in support of  Corporate and Enterprise Services. Your expertise collaborating across digital and functions workstreams, design and configuration, and executive communication will be essential  to the ongoing support of our SAP environment. This position requires strong technical proficiency in systems and processes specifically aligned to Treasury and Finance, including.

What You Will Do: 

• Firewalls and Managing SAP® ECC Productions, Test/Development, and Disaster Recovery systems

• Lead technical teams through database and software installation, upgrade and patching processes.

• SAP Technical issue troubleshooting; Setup TMS and migrate transports across landscape

• You will work with SAP Solution Manager, Web Dispatcher, ECC, Suite on HANA, SAP BW, Business Objects, SAP Landscape Transformation, SAP GRC, GT, SRM, Netweaver

• Portals and SAP PI solutions.

• Work closely with the PST Program which is multi year S4 HANA transformation project to consolidate and brownfield S4 HANA implementation

• Strong understanding of Web technologies, firewalls, Proxy, reverse proxy, Web

• application other cyber capabilities required to deploy solutions safely and successfully

Qualifications You Must Have:

• BS or BA Degree in Math, Computer Science, Finance, with a minimum of 10+ years’ experience installing, running and supporting SAP Solutions as a

• Basis Administrator and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology,

• Experience installing, running and transforming ECC to SAP S4 HANA and other SAP applications to cloud environments.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across business areas, technical team, and leaders including strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

• Problem solving ability though SAP environments, applications, and integration points

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience contributing to large, complex A&D enterprise projects -- or similarly regulated large organization.

• Experience with the regulatory environment of a publicly held A&D organization.
