Salary: Up to £29,283.00 FTE per year + Benefits (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Registered Nursing Associate to join their team of staff on the hospital Wards.
This is a part time role for 32 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Registered Nurse Level NAR – Nursing Associates with NMC PIN no.
- Understanding on workload and shift management.
- Patient and caring approach to customer care.
- Maintain a professional portfolio, identifying role and skill developments in line with the NMC Code of professional practice.
- Keep up to date with current national developments in nursing practice and policy.
- Ensure NMC revalidation requirements are met.
Duties of this role include:
- Carry out specific clinical and care tasks and responsibilities to a high standard and competency, under the direction of a registered nurse.
- Operate within the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) standards and the proficiency for Nursing Associate’s framework.
- Have the ability to work without direct supervision, at times delivering care independently in line with an individual’s defined plan of care, within the parameters of practice of the Nursing Associate role, accessing clinical and care advice when needed.
- To deliver care that helps improve the health of the individual and wider community.
- Demonstrate compassion through effective relationships based on empathy, respect and dignity
