**This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office**

The Opportunity

Prepare and present Front-end loading, Opinion, and Design Build estimates for a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible in preparing and presenting complete estimates during the project phase development from concept through 100% design complete inclusive of both design build and owners engineer (opinion) estimates. Prepare and present variance reports as the project progresses through the design phases. Perform productivity analysis of estimates. Prepare contingency, escalation, and reconciliations for estimates. Attend all required project meetings. Prepare an estimate plan with the project team and identify the division responsibility to meet all required deliverables. Coordinate with project key department stakeholders identified in the estimate plan to meet the project timelines and milestones. Attend owner meetings with the project team to present and discuss project estimate cost.

 

Performs comparisons of scope, quantities, and cost data between projects. Prepares management presentations and develop the estimate basis. Updates and maintain historical cost data. Reviews designs and specifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred, or minimum years of industry experience.
• 6+ industrial manufacturing facility (food, bev, process) estimating.
• Field and/or project experience is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

6 + years of relevant experience. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
